Each hunting area is different from the other, thus different species are more prevalent in certain parts of the country.
Good relationships have been build up over many years with land owners in and around our concessions. Hunting areas are managed well to assure they are not over hunted and rested rationally .

O.R Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) is the main entry to South Africa. You will personally be welcomed and picked up by the outfitter.

Rifle import documentation.
- A declaration form 4457 – Always keep the original stamped copy in your Passport and have photo copies of it nearby.
- Make sure the 4457 document have been issued in the year of arrival for the hunt and it does not expire before or during your hunt , all you need to do is to send us the paperwork and we will assist on your behalf.
We will need you to provide us with:
A COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT
A COPY OF YOUR CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM 4457
A COPY OF YOUR FLIGHT ITINERARY
THE COMPLETED RIFLE IMPORT INFO FORM
ARRIVING IN SOUTH AFRICA
Proceed through passport control and collect your luggage.
Look for the firearms representative- he will be standing with the rifles
Present your passport and luggage tag and sign for the rifle to be released(SAA PASSENGER ONLY)
We will meet you and assist with the necessary paperwork at the Police office to
Compare serial numbers with permit
SAP520 form and register book needs to be signed for the rifle to be released.
A permit will be issued with your name, serial nr and departure date.
PLEASE KEEP IT IN A SAFE PLACE AS IT NEEDS TO BE PRESENTED DAY OF DEPARTURE.
